Chuck them stats
02 Jan 2014, 14:00
Since my notes of my weightloss so far (both due or not due 5:2) have been very sporadic - like I have a clue when I decided enough is enough (last January) and managed to loose some kg over the next months. Then I got a new digital scale that showed 4kg more than my old mechanical one (=depressed) and finally went on 5:2 sometime after Midsummer. Not properly from the start (due to ignorance), but I learned and suffered, suffered and learned and today (if my erratic calculations are right) I have lost (but not missed) round 15kg/30lb.
So I will chuck the stats from last year deep down in some drawer behind the clothes that have become to loose and start a new stat sheet. So on Tuesday after the last Christmas related holidays are over here, I will go back to proper fasting. That's a promise. Good thing I still haven't gained a hg
