General 5:2 and Fasting Chat

This isn't going to be an overnight solution... but when you find yourself craving comfort food and then eating it. Ask yourself honestly how you feel afterwards. If you actually don't feel any better and can acknowledge that with your conscious brain, it becomes easier to not repeat this habit next time.

This isn't 100% fool proof of course, but I have found it helpful over time for reducing the amount of comfort eating I do.
