Hey guys,

I was just curious, do you have to consume all 500 calories on your fast day? Or is this just the limit to which you go to? I know for me, when I start fasting, even though I normally eat breakfast I know that I will make myself more hungry by doing so. So I would prefer to wait until the evening and consume all my calories at once. But the recipes I have been looking at are only taking me to about 400 calories (that's including a low fat yogurt for pudding!) I think I might for it a little hard to actually eat 500 calories in one meal. Thanks for your advice,

peace and love

Hiya Dreamer :)

You can eat up to the 500 cals, but you don't have to eat all of them. Some of us even do 0 calorie fast days (I've done a few, during the summer when I wasn't hungry). So, if you're full & happy on less than 500 then there's no problem :)
Thanks Moogie for the reply. Was doing a 0 calorie fast day difficult to do? I'm glad I don't have to consume them all!
