For exercise I mean
Normally I fast on Monday and Thursday and weight in on Fridays, but this week I fasted yesterday (Tuesday) and just because of it, stepped on the scale this morning. And whatdayaknow - minus 1kg and some cm allover. What? Since Friday? Mighty strange, that quick loss have never happened before. Maybe the thyroid thing finally got the message and allowed me to loose a wee bit. All in all (since there was the most of me) I have lost 15kg , not all of them with 5:2, but still an achievement and sign of willpower. Yayy for me
