It was good. Phillip Schofield does 5:2 so it was all very positive. They were speaking about weight loss myths on the bit I saw. Will catch it again in an hour and watch it all.

He was on Alan Carr talking about his 5:2 experience. Much better having Pip than Mr O as a pin up for this WOE

It wasn't anything that we didn't already know @candicemarie (not eating breakfast is ok etc) but it was nice to see something positive about 5:2 on main stream tv, at last. :)
