Hi Aussies, just noticed this is on again tonight. I might rewatch on TV all this time later, be interesting after all we have read in the last 15 months since the first showing.
Thanks, I shall watch it, always good to be reminded. The program that looked at happiness was on too a couple of weeks ago. Must be an MM season!
Really interesting and motivating. Funny I had forgotten he ate only breakfast, I have friends who do that, they have only seen this and not read the books. Also less protein and more plant foods. Also no talk from Krista Varady about blood sugar, just fat consumption and cholesterol levels. Would be very interesting to get IGF1 tested, if cost wasn't prohibitive. All in all a good reminder.
Yes, I just watched it again. Its quite familiar but I enjoyed it. I said to hubs ' that's the man whose responsible for us losing 40 kgs.'
My OH wouldn't let us watch it again. Now I wish I had. I'll have to catch up on SBS Online.
