Yes that's the two day diet that the Daily Mail has been promoting fairly regularly over the last couple of years. It's based on two days in a row of very low carb and restricted calories followed by 5 days of a Mediterranean diet.

There are several threads on it in the science section back aways.

Don't slate the "Mail" too much @CandiceMarie - if it weren't for their Sunday supplement I wouldn't be here and we wouldn't have "met"!
