@Juliana.Rivers,

That's funny. I find it much tougher to avoid food when I'm out of the house, because there are so many food cues.

OTOH, I work out of my home so there is always something to chip away at, and that keeps me busy. When I'm out, I'm shopping, or visiting, or doing something more recreational where my conditioned response is, "What nice treat shall we have now that we are [fill in name of town I visited that day].

Someone in past in the forum mentioned having a few in the shell pistachio. The shelling takes time and sure there is salt of which a little bit doesn't hurt I believe.

I am with you @peebles I set out to only have a fluid fast for as long as I can go into the end of the day then a low carb dinner like leaves and a protein. So I find liquorice tea or vanilla roobious teas are big tasty teas which hit the spot and it's a miso soup sachet as a good 11am drink and as well a good coffee made from scratch eg grinding beans and a plunger a life saver
