Fast Day Veg Curry Recipe ??
10 Feb 2014, 20:30
Hi all,
My wife is now enrolled onto the 5:2 plan too, and has asked me to find a 'Vegetable Curry' perhaps for our Fast Days.....- does anyone know of or have a Recipe pls ?

Thx :-)
The Hairy Dieters have at least one I think.
I make my own in bulk and freeze, basically, Onion, Leek, Courgette, baby corn, mushrooms some cooked lentils, Sainsbury's Tikka powder, a big tin of chopped tomatoes and a pack of Quorn mince. Which I have with Slim Rice from Holland and Barrett
Check out @fatdog's thread...full of wonderful veggie recipes, or the recipe section of the forum has several curries.
