Nothing to add that hasn't already been said - Julie hang in there and I hope things improve soon for you and your family (((((())))))) :clover: :clover: :clover:
: :hugleft: :star:  :hugright: you are a star here and always encouraging, hope you are shining your light again soon :)
Julie I hope things get better for you soon. You are inspiring & motivational with your usually positive outlook & wonderful weight loss, but it's quite allowable to also admit to feeling rubbish some days! I look forward to you telling us that your surgery has been successful & that you are now on the mend. :clover:  But in any case you are star :star:

I second that, You pass on so much good advice to others, we all give you a group hug and our best wishes for the future. :victory: :clover:
Thank you everyone. A good long sleep has really helped.
Though I ended up hobbling around Morrisons this afternoon when I twisted to grab some onions and caused my sciatica to flare up. I couldn't even console myself with a latte as its a fast day.

I am really looking forward to my spicy beef and tomato soup, followed by a small stir fry with the rest of the beef.

Tomorrow, its PIZZA! Yay!
As everyone says you are an inspiration to everyone on the forum. I'm sending you a hug too and glad to hear the sleep helped and bring on the pizza tomorrow :) xx
