I agree with you Scotty! it can be a tough day for us singles. It's just shoving it in our face that we are single! But, I just try to focus on the people I love in my life, like my parents and nieces/nephews. Chinese food with your dog sounds great! I will be having pizza tonight with another single friend. Just think it's almost over!

2) NO SWEETS - 6-7 days a week. (Sugar <= 50 g)
3) Calories <= 1100 M-F, 1500 S/S
4) Carbs under 100g M-F, 150 S/S
4) 6-7 glasses water/tea per day
5) Exercise - 10,000 steps a day + an hour of "real" exercise 3X per week.
