General 5:2 and Fasting Chat

I know what you mean about not feeling right after a carb breakout. I don't process wheat very well so the difference in my tummy is really marked. I am much more comfortable not eating bread or pasta so fasting days very comfy. I always look forward to fasting but of course by the end of some fasts I could eat a horse and chase the rider.

I do catch up upon non fast days so in about 3 days I am well and truly ready to fast again. As my fast days are chilled out days I love them. Karen the banana and spicy pumpkin loafs are going down a treat with my guys
Because I do 4:3 I rarely have more than two days off between fasts.
