I've been good
14 Jan 2014, 09:47
Fast day yesterday and I came in just under 300kcal. 2/3 of a portion "Super Porridge" (Swedish brand Pauluns) for lunch and the rest of last Thursday broccoli soup for dinner. evening snack 1dl mixed berries with 2 tbs cottage cheese light. Other than that -enough water to sink a sub ;-)

Just back from the bi-annual boob scan, we get them for free and they sned out summons so we don't have to remember to make an appointment - high taxes are good sometimes.

Oh, 9 days without any wine etc

9 days without wine. Kudos :like:

Boob scan. Two a year? Wow. I got a lecture a few weeks ago about booking in annually as they think it's too frequent from a radiation point of view.
