Hello lovely peeps!

Just thought you'd like to know that after my first two fasts I was expecting a tricky weekend of non-fasting. I'd lost 3.5 lbs so far in 4 days. I was unsure about whether to proceed with my weekend as I normally would or go cautiously. But then after reading how this diet was supposed to allow you to eat "normally" when not fasting, I decided to eat as I normally would. This meant homemade ciabatta pizza with goat cheese and a bottle of beer, followed later by half a bottle of wine and a bag of whatever nibbles

Most weeks that would result in about 2 lbs gained overnight (which would go of course after a few days of being good) ... but this time only a quarter of a pound gain.

Interesting and very welcome result. I'm kind of thrilled

Thanks to you all for a FANTASTICALLY informative forum.

Debbi
