So I'm in my second week of fasting and completed my first fast of the week yesterday and I couldn't help but weigh myself to see if there's any change. But I noticed my scales haven't moved even a pound. However I have lost almost another 2 inches off my waist... Why is this? Am I losing muscle? I would have thought I would lose SOMETHING. I might be under eating on my feed days, I don't know. Any ideas?
