Lemon Curd tarts haha
24 Dec 2014, 06:25
Hi
I just don't believe what dieter wrecker a few tarts can be.

Yes I had a packet (or two)....noticed the effects within 24 hours (despite a regular exercise regime).

I'm sure it took a fortnight to swing the process the other way......

The GOOD news is another discovery. Wilkos are currently doing microwavale mugs with tree designs on them; I find them very good. I'm making up stews and I havee discovered if I take a bowl of stew.......I'll scoff the whole lot. It I use of these mags I'm far more likely to stop after one mug.

My weight is still high at 13 stone (it was under 12 at one point!!) but waist 38/39 in not brill no, but as good as it's been for some time. I think the weight is muscle from the treadmill/bike.

I'm not keen on this period, again a diet wrecker, with get togethers etc with calorific stuff which trips you up.

Wishing dieters a happy festive time and healthy new year.

But one good thing about this time of year, @david f, is hearing from members who don't post much and realising they are still on board. Merry Christmas!

I love lemon curd, so I don't blame you at all for scoffing the tarts DavidF!
