So I looked at greek yoghurt, comparing full fat and fat free (as a rule of thumb I never buy the fat free version of something, since I'd rather have the fat than the sugar that has replaced it). The sugar content was practically the same, and the fat-free had more protein. 3.8g of sugar to get 5g of fat doesn't seem a good tradeoff.

On feed days I am roasting some vegetables with a tablespoon of olive oil, but I don't want to cook every day, nor do I want to eat roasted veg each time either!
