Due to it being "that time of the month" I gave up fasting for the week due to pains being to intense on my 2 fast days, didn't go mad on the eating, but I didn't exactly eat healthily either!
So jumped on the Wiifit last night to see how much damage I'd done, turns out I've still lost a lb, lol, I have no idea how I've lost it, don't think sausage and chips and a (home made) curry are the epitome of good weight loss food!
I don't mind loosing more weight of course, just think my body is daft at loosing weight after a crappy week!
