Once a day and recorded on Libra app. It's good for me as you can see the trend and over my plateau of a couple of months, it was obvious the trend was still slightly down, whereas a weekly weigh would have been a flat or upwards result.

I'm another who weighs daily but I'm waaaaay more old-fashioned than you lot with yer posh spreadsheets. I write mine down in a folder and log things like whether I'm fasting, 16:8'ing, running, been to the gym, eaten a load of carbs etc. I like lists and analysis and itt helps me to see a trend and keeps me on the straight and narrow. Focusses me for the day ahead too.... Because I've had compulsive over-eating tendencies in the past, this is something I know I'll be doing for a long while too....

I weigh every morning (after a cup of coffee and if I'm lucky a poop  ) and record it on Libra. I enter the 7 day trend weight rather than my actual Sunday morning weight as that's usually horrific :curse:
