What's a "bullet coffee"

Thank god for that. Been wondering what brand bullet was for ages. Now I know I won't like it as I'm not keen on greasiness, or is it not greasy ?

@carieoatesTastes like cream but without the heaviness. I like the froth on the top too from the v quick wizz in the blender. I always warm the oil first though as cold oil and butter can cool the coffee too fast. Picky or wot? But the fastest 'meal' I have ever made....

Bulletproof comes from the bulletproof exec site which is a guy in the US who is mostly paleo and sells a coffee low in mycotoxins (apparently). I use a nespresso capsule

Just an update, fasting today and all was fine until about an hour ago. I could feel the start of the same headache and was being tempted by some of the kids treats. I was lucky that I had prepared my meal so I ate that an hour earlier than I normally would. Headache seems to have abated! Now I just need to get through cooking the kids meal without picking!
