I had my first week of 4:3 last week, but I've gained 0.25lb this week (not a lot I know, but took me from the 8st 12s to the 8st 13s!)
My goal is 8st so I haven't got loads to lose and I know I will probably see a lot of ups and downs, however I just wondered if water retention from being on my period could be skewing it slightly?
I kind of hope so, then I might see a whole lb drop off next week!
