Congratulations on your 2 years and I strongly agree with your advice. I know that we have arbitrary deadlines and emotional needs to have weight change happen rapidly but if there's one thing to be learned, beyond a certain age or stage in life, these things probably have their own schedule and it needs to be respected. Impatience and tweaking may well lead to despair and rebound in the future but acceptance will eventually lead us where we need to be - well done for modelling that. :)
