Yesterday I drove my new car (no, not a reward for reaching my goals, we needed one  ) and I realised that we (my car and me) have a cumulative weight loss of 141.5 kg  It never occured to me before that 5:2 is an excellent strategy against global warming, as we will save a lot of fossil fual by not moving around these kilograms any more.
I don't think it occurred to anyone before @P-JK, but um, good :like: ...not sure it will have all that much of an impact, but you know, every little helps! ;-)
Don't forget the orbital wobble you'd induce if the UK loses more than the rest of us.
HEHE

I reckon it should be made mandatory.. intermittent fasting, that is, . think of the billions spent by the government on weight related illnesses.

Or rebates on medicare levies/private health insurance levies if you can prove you are on a 5:2 program of any kind
I am all for helping the planet to survive, thanks for the thought.

Really noticed how much lighter I was when I did a particular uphill walk this week. I recall I used to drag myself up up the hilly bit and this time I powered up ... yea!

Mandatory 5:2! :like: the Medicare rebate idea
I think our healthier food choices help the planet, too. Less reliance on corn and soy for processed food.
