That's power indeed! Well done! Today is my fast day. When I was making a tray of buffalo wings for the neighborhood kids, I didn't even get tempted to at all. In fact, the aroma -- of one of my favorite snacks -- was in fact off putting. Very strange. So yes, it's the power of 5:2!!

I think we just love the good results we are getting and don't want them to stop. So the power of positive thinking and determination to achieve our weight and better health goals is what is drives us 5-2ers like never before.

Most of us are probably very surprised about our self discipline with food since starting the WOL
