is my fast day nd actually, probably for the very first time - I look forward to it.
I have come to realize that it's a bit masochistic to fast, to to enjoy it to a point even more. Water all day long - sparkling misty - yummy
Friday weigh in (if my poor bowels behave) will be very interesting - hard fasts and no wine ought to have had some effect - heh?
Bedtime with the newest (at leas t here) Jamie Oliver book. Kind of kinky, reading a cook book the night before fast

Fingers crossed for a good result on Friday. Reading cookbooks/recipes on a fast day is almost a given for me. Funny how reading about it when not eating doesn't make you hungry.

I really must read the Hairy Dieters books as I have totally missed out on their dessert recipes, thinking they has no place in my life. But they have a teabread in there so I MUST have a look.
