My sympathies to you and your family Felixcat. Do what feels right for you, whether that be fasting or feasting - whatever gets you through this very difficult time. 5:2 will still be around (as will we on this forum) for whenever you're ready to return. x

Like everyone Felixcat, I send my condolences to you & your family. I think the best thing to remember is that there are no "should"s Don't think that you should be doing something...or shouldn't be doing something. Eat as well as you feel able, when you want to. And God bless xx
