Today has been a breeze.

Woke at 8am and nothing but water till 530.

Popped to Asda and got a bamboo shoot water chestnut type stir fry, just 162 cals.
Small splash of Nandos hot sauce and that's it.

However.....cinema tonight with no popcorn :o

It is ok just to have under 200 cals all day isn't it?
Up to 25% of your dally energy need is ok, for an average man it's 600. If you’re a big guy you could increase this. A guy I work with is 6 foot 6 and has set his to 750 which seems to be working very well for him.
Under the 600 cals is fine if you are feeling fine with that.
