Monthly Cycle and Weight Gain
18 Feb 2013, 22:33
Hi, Is it a possibility that the monthly cycle would effect weight loss and even increase weight mid month?
Yes, I'm sure it would because of water retention (so not a real gain)
+/- 2kg perhaps
No doubt, I have been on this diet for 5 weeks and I have lost 4 kilos, but when i had my period I put on 2 kilos so I panic for a bit till I remember. So not to worry am happy again. :D
