Discovered drinking coffee on a fast day makes me a bad-tempered crocodile by 4pm sooooo start the day with Moroccan tea (spiced peppermint), then later, water, lunch of veg bouillon, camomile tea, water with my little dinner. I try not to drink anything after 8pm or I'm running to the loo in the night.

Black tea (have drunk it black for years) and loads of water. A white coffee mid morning, and a diet bitter lemon while I cook my evening meal.
