Supposed to be my fast day today, salad for lunch ready meal for dinner with veg but the have picked and ended up having 800 cals instead of 500, just couldn't seem to distract myself :( prob as stressed at work etc but should I just take the hit and start another fasting day tomorrow or just put it down to one of those days? Normally do Tues and Thurs .....
I would just fast again on thurs. 800 cal is still a big reduction on normal. You could always try skipping breakfast tomorrow...
I'm with Carorees. Don't be too hard on yourself. That's a way diets are dropped. Just dust yourself and get on with next time.

I have to say, I find it so much harder to stick with the day if I eat breakfast or lunch. I really do my best if I just have black coffee, water or herbal tea through the day. I might have a cup or two of chicken bouillon (I think 4 was my max!) in the afternoon if I'm getting really hungry. But if I save the vast majority of my calories for dinner, I just find its' easier to stick to. :-)
