I tend to go to bed early and read on a fast day. Unless there is something good on TV, then I drink herbal tea and stay up until about 10-10:30pm.

This is only my second fast day. On the first, I felt edgy and had difficulty getting to sleep. I hope that doesn't repeat tonight.

I go to bed pretty early anyway, because I get up at 5:30 am.

Rarely up late! The two cockerels are early starters and the ducks make lots of noise wanting to be let out of their house. Although I am retired I work hard all day trying to be self sufficient. There is no difference on fast days, I keep to the same routine.

Bob house I'm jealous u have ducks :) they are cute.
I do go to bed early on fast days only because if I stay downstairs watching tv its too close to kitchen and leads to the temptation to snack. So I avoid it by coming upstairs brushing my teeth sipping on fizzy water and watching tv in bed till 9 and get an early night,
