I like supersize vs super skinny, I used to be 140kg (just abouve 22st) I lost 60kg (9st 6lbs) by changing diet and started to run, har with all the weight I carried, gained just over a stone by getting married and such. But the TV program reminds me of what I used to be like, and why I dont wanna go back that way!

One fast day recently I watched Michel Roux Jr making bread........I swear I could smell it. Then when it was ready he cut a hunk off and put on a dollop of butter - well I started dribbling.
I bought myself a breadmaker shortly after.

I swear I can smell things too on fasting days! Things that shouldnt be there! bread, I adore bread and I have to stay away from the kitchen, I love baking (an unfortunately im good at it), so I have to ensure not to get the idea that I want bread/cake, cus I'll quickly whip it together and eat it

No wonder I got fat in the first place

The other night (fasting day) I fell asleep and was dreaming that I was eating a big bowl of spaghetti bolognaise. I woke up and was actually chewing! LOL

Love Man V's Food, Adam is my secret crush!! I love watching him, especially on fast days - if I cannot eat then I love watching him eat for me! It is strange though 'cos when he is tucking into all that deep fried bits of heaven I really look forward to having a good old nosh on my feed days, but invariably the next day I have no inclination to raid the fridge in one go! xx
