A Year Without Food

I thought this article might be of some interest. I couldn't imagine going a whole year without food, 2 days a week is enough.

Interesting. Thanks for sharing. That poor fellow must have been desperate to try something that extreme. I'm glad for him that it had long-term success.

Quite a lot of misinformation in the comments and some scientific inaccuracies in the text. The long term fast method of weight loss was popular back then but fell out of fashion because of too many deaths! The reintroduction of food after the fast can be dangerous too. I think a couple of days a week is a lot safer.
