I find that i am much more mindful of what I eat on feed days. I still often eat the 'wrong' things but Im not just shoveling them in without it at least registering that I could make smarter choices so hopefully I will get better with that.

One thing I have really noticed on fast days is the foods that I think about and crave are not the usual 'treat' type foods that I would normally expect to be missing. I think more about a nice piece of lamb or a fancy chef made salad. Hopefully that will get me eating better on feed days too.
