why am i getting headaches.....
25 Mar 2013, 15:28
....for those who have read my previous posts, am i getting headaches from the high sugar levels i am consuming? I seem to get them regularly now
Yes a diet high in sugar can cause headaches by dehydration and by high insulin levels caused by the sugar being absorbed into your blood. The insulin tries to lower your blood sugar rapidly, overdoes it and you end up with low blood sugar, a headache and cravings for more sugar!
