Thought the study with very young children was very interesting. I am one of those people who mindlessly scoffs a plate of chocolate biscuits. I remember being that age and doing exactly that. Proper size cheddars (biscuits) and wagon wheels, goodness bless the 80's!!

Is that an old programme? I presume it won't cover 5:2? Does anyone know?
I've seen that one before and it is pre 5:2.

Yes, it is totally old. Does not cover 5:2 and some of the info contradicts 5:2 -- for example, "don't skip breakfast because it will make you eat more..."
