Well I've have really surprised myself. I've not really felt too bad.
I had porridge made with water and blueberries for breakfast. Lunch with a miso soup, and for dinner a baked piece of cod loin with steamed veg. Hubby has been fine with it too. I've made sure we have drunk plenty of water.
I've kept myself busy with making a bed quilt and walking the dog.
Next fast day day will be Monday.
