Hello everybody - a newcomer here and just starting down the road of healthier eating and a healthier, repaired body. I've been at it for a couple of weeks and already feeling the benefits.
I started down this road after tipping the scales recently at the heaviest I've ever been when I bumped in to an old friend who I used to teach outdoor pursuits with and he pointed me in the direction of Michael's program and subsequent 'plan'. As a 50 year old I can honestly say that this may in fact be the best piece of 'life saving' advice I could have received. BMI is currently around 27, body fat around 26% with waist to height ratio of around 62% so am planning on getting these three measures back down comfortably in to the safe zones where they belong and then keeping them there
Anyway - I am intrigued for those on a 5:2 regime which days do you have for fasting - mine are currently Monday and Thursday and this seems to be very popular from what I can read and I'm interested in just how popular. Please feel free to reply and vote - cheers and see you elsewhere in the forum too.
