I have to have breakfast, snack and dinner so I am spreading out the 500 cal.s throughout the day and it is working great for me. My husband does the same thing as I do and it is working perfectly for him also

I skip breakfast and lunch. Crunch time is usually late afternoon when I have a miso soup or Marigold veggie stock. It fills the hole until dinner about 6.30.
If I eat then it just seems to set my digestion off and it wants more!
