Elli, you should try to stick to it for another couple of weeks, I found week 8 was a turning point for negative side effects dropping off and my mood really improving. Even if you haven't lost as much weight as you'd like, your still retraining your system to act differently and I think the benefits will definitely kick in for you soon. Best wishes. x

It appears that there is a small ( or large?) group of people who are not losing weight. I think it will be very interesting and potentially helpful to determine why they are different.
For starter I would suggest to check your thyroid function. Hypothyroidism decreases your metabolic rate and will interfere with weight loss, however if this is not the problem it will be interesting to analyze your data- Current BMI, when you eat your food in fast days, what food?, how much and what you eat on feast days, physical activity etc...

Keep going. I plateaued for 4 or 5 weeks but although weight loss has slowed it's coming off slowly. I've decided having half a nice grapefruit (from M&S, Morrisons one was horrible) & boiled egg for breakfast on a fast day seems to be more beneficial/relates to my weight loss weeks, than porridge (have got sick of porridge). Summer should be coming so if we've persevered in the winter, summer should be a breeze I agree with Rufus - what's the alternative. We put these pounds on slowly so it's beneficial to lose them slowly.
