HI

I have done my 2 fast days this week of 36hrs/500 cals but tonight I am out for chinese with family so wondered if I do not eat all day (last meal last night) and then eat tonight do you think this is a good thing? or do you think it will make no difference? just trying to be good and not damage the weight loss so far.

I guess it depends on how much you think the Chinese meal is going to be worth in calories! I think I'd skip breakfast but I might have a light lunch maybe. It doesn't matter if you eat too much on a feed day as long as you compensate on another day!

Thank you, I think i might well have a sandwich at lunch to keep me going but I do think I can possibly go til this evening, The meal tonight will be a lot they have sushi for starters plus all the normal things then the works for main and then icecream and fruit for pud. I am more than happy to stay the same weight just would be gutted if I put on.
