They seem like 2-3 lbs weights
From memory, she doesn't specify what weights to use - I improvised with soup cans and 0.5l water bottles last time I shredded.
I thought of using water bottles meself. I'm not allowed to do some of the exercises but I could do the ones that I am...
I tried 4:3 to see if I could give my weight loss a little boost to meet one of my interim targets. I gained 1 lb and the week after stayed the same so I'm now 1 lb heavier than I was before my 4:3 week. You're right that this diet is a slow burn way to lose weight, I honestly don't think there's a lot we an do to speed it up or we'd all be doing that I think!
Good luck though and enjoy your family reunion x
Hey! got up 6am and shredded !!!! it was a great work out bt did feel a little wobbly on my legs for a while ... hopefully I can continue so need the boost as not lost any weight for a couple of weeks!! Iceprincess how did it go for you? was not as daunting as first though.
Am tempted to get the Shred DVD and give it a go later this monoth for 30 days before I go away, on top of the other exercise I do (maybe)(about 4 hours a week). More to improve fitness/toning though than speeding up weight loss. Though I normally hate doing things that are so severe that I feel as if I've been punched in the stomach every time I laugh or cough the next day!

Lol same with me, was wobbly on my legs for a few hours after
But I'm definitely going to continue and see how it affects the weight loss!
