Yes, I'm using the libra app too since Ken pointed me to it. The fact that it tells you a time to reach your goal is very reassuring even if it is a long time hence!

But it makes it sort of more real. I know I've lost weight but for whatever reason, I have a real block on the fact I could end up at 11st 10 by sometime in the Autumn.
I like the big line too, as it's not showing the wobbles.

It was just one day, don't worry about it!!!
Yesterday's gone, (hopefully you enjoyed it) - a new week starts ..... well whenever you want it to really. Back to 5:2 and put it behind you. So what - this is a WOL, not a quick way to shed weight - don't beat yourself up about it.

I don't think anybody enjoys eating 5,000 calories. Am I wrong? When I binged, I felt absolutely ill and disgusted with myself. I didn't even enjoy the food I was eating; I just couldn't stop eating it. It was like trying to fill up something that couldn't be filled op. Binging is not a pleasure. Makes for a terrible sleep as well.
Pleasure is having that first bowl of fresh berries in the morning after a fast -- or the almond butter and banana sandwich on toasted bread I had for dinner tonight. Simple foods can taste so wonderful in the right context.
