At my " time of the month,"it was my third week fasting. I couldn't make it through the whole day, so I just didn't do full day fasts that week, just skipped breakfast and no snacks on my chosen fast days. I even ate McDonald's fries (I always crave salt something awful during my period). Surprisingly, I still lost a quarter of a pound that week. Some days you're just going to have give in, and that's ok. This WOE is flexible!
