Thanks Caro - I missed this early message of yours but picked up the one from Moogie in April welcoming Aussies just before it aired. Great stuff - two weeks in and it seems to be working.

2013 April-August - 5:2 Lost 8.5kg
2016 November - Accumulated 5kgs over a three and half year break during long recovery period from foot reconstruction.
2017 31 January - Re-commenced 5:2 after losing that extra 5kgs but now in for the long haul to reach a healthy weight range.

Fast Days - Monday and Thursday.
