Prepare yourselves to laugh a lot!!!
I wanted to have a more "official" verdict of how much I lost in cm. At first I used a belt that I was wearing with the same pair of trousers and that it was in hole 2 before I started 5:2 and now it's in hole 5 but it has no more wholes and I don't have one of those magic things which opens new ones (and the trousers are too big anyway, yay). From hole 2 to hole 5 it is 10 cm. Not bad, I think, huh?
Having no measuring tape, and since any other belt is worn over various clothing and it's not very accurate, I thought of using a piece of ribbon.
I cut it to the exact length that goes around my waist at the height of a small birthmark (so that I will measure the same spot over and over again) and I just hope to see the difference.
I know that buying a measuring tape would be easier but I wanted it right here right now. Wish me luck!!!
