5:2 doesn't require the use of any supplements, however if your diet in general is deficient in some way then you may need to take them. I don't think most vegetarians find they are lacking in any particular area, so would think you're alright. Milk & milk products contain B12 don't they?
I would suggest getting some blood tests done to see if you are lacking in any particular area & adjusting our diet - or supplements - as necessary.
hi Moogie it is true that milk and milk products contain plenty of B12 and if you knowe or not plenty of IGF-1 it is not thrue??? we dont wont them or we like them????Im just diagnozed with cancer and I just realized what we realy eat!!!!!!!!!!!!Wojciech
