Yes, they do and people are not stupid! Not even all the people who read the Mail. The comments were overwhelmingly positive for the fast diet. looks like they scored an own goal!

Just noticed at the top of the page above the article, a massive banner advert for Weight Watchers with Greg Wallace. Surely the Mail would be above an advertising revenue led agenda? :wink:

It is good to be aware of what experts say we should look out for and what MIGHT go wrong.Test it...easy...
I have low iron, have to get iron injections at times...and have my appointment scheduled in 2 weeks for my blood tests
I loved reading all the replies...I'm sure it will convince people who is considering doing it
