I skip breakfast and have a very light lunch--usually around 110 calories--some egg whites, light mayo, and spinach greens with a squeeze of lemon usually. Then I have a decent light dinner. I find skipping breakfast is best for me. The rest of the day is easy and I haven't ever felt starved.
