I just wanted to report....2nd week doing a 36 hour fast and it was much easier this time around! I don't know if it was because I ate a lot more this weekend leading up to it or what. I've even been able to do a couple workouts today and felt fine and full of energy. I think a lot of it is mentally psyching yourself up for it as well.

fastgirl101, what exactly do you do for a 36 hr fast? is that the one which covers 2 sleeps? do you go straight through with just water or do you have your 500 cals? are you seeing results?
